Beta Terms

Your account and use

Keep your sign-in information private and provide accurate account information. Track only public LIVE activity you are authorized to analyze, and respect applicable law, platform rules and other people's privacy. Do not use CreatorMetric to harass people, circumvent access restrictions, access another user's data, share stolen credentials or overload the service.

An experimental service

CreatorMetric is still being tested. Features can change, connections can fail, events can be missed, and stored results may contain errors. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability, complete event delivery or permanent storage. Keep your own records when they matter. We may limit or suspend access to protect users or the service, or end the beta.

Community LIVE tracking and analytics are available; Gaming, Shop LIVE and Affiliate previews do not promise completed analytics for those modes.

Analytics and AI Coach

Analytics describe the tracked window and available samples. AI Coach uses aggregate metrics to generate suggestions and may produce incorrect interpretations. Review its advice yourself. Reports do not guarantee audience growth, earnings or results. Diamonds and gift counts are not verified dollar revenue.

Plans and billing

Free, Pro and Elite have the limits shown in the app. Billing currently runs in Stripe test mode: test subscriptions do not charge real money, and you should not use a real card. Manage test subscriptions and cancellation through Billing and the hosted Stripe portal. Scheduled cancellation generally leaves access through the displayed period end. Any future real-payment offering will need clear pricing and checkout consent; a beta test subscription does not authorize real charges.

Your data and feedback

You retain rights you already have in information you provide. You allow CreatorMetric and its service providers to process that information to deliver the features you request, maintain security and respond to support. Feedback may be used to improve the product. The Privacy notice describes storage, service providers and deletion requests.

Third-party services and TikTok

CreatorMetric depends on Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Resend, Vercel, Railway and unofficial TikTok connectivity, including Euler Stream signing. Their availability and policies can affect the beta. CreatorMetric is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Ending use and questions

You can stop using the beta and request account deletion through Contact. Cancel a subscription through Billing as well; merely signing out does not cancel it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law. We will date changes to these terms so you can review them.
