Help and feedback

For a bug, confusing screen, feature request or general feedback, use Send Feedback inside your CreatorMetric account. Include what you were doing and any error text. A page path or your stream ID can help us investigate.

Account and data requests

To request account deletion, a copy or correction of your account data, send General Feedback with the request. We verify ownership before making account changes. For a request concerning public LIVE data, identify the account or stream and explain your relationship to it.

If you cannot sign in, contact the person who invited you to this private beta through your existing invitation conversation so they can pass your request to the CreatorMetric operator. No public support inbox has been announced yet.

Keep secrets private

Never send passwords, recovery links, API keys or full payment details. For a security issue, describe the issue without exposing anyone's credentials or private stream data. This small beta does not promise a fixed support response time.
