CREATORMETRIC PRIVATE BETA
Privacy
Updated September 23, 2026
This notice explains how CreatorMetric handles information during its private creator beta. CreatorMetric is an independent analytics product, not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
Account and service information
We use your email address, account ID, optional display name, creator-mode preferences and authentication information to operate your account. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Resend delivers account emails, including confirmation and password recovery. Hosting services may record request details such as IP addresses, timestamps and errors for operation and security.
Public LIVE data and analytics
When you start tracking a public TikTok LIVE, we store the selected creator username, tracking times, audience samples and events such as comments, gifts, likes, follows, shares, joins and battles when available. Events can include public usernames, platform IDs, comment text, gift details and the original provider payload. We use these records to calculate stream totals, segments and activity rankings.
Tracking uses an unofficial TikTok connector and a signing service provided by Euler Stream. The selected LIVE account and connection information are used to connect. Data may be incomplete or unavailable. Analytics cover the period actually tracked; they do not reconstruct an entire broadcast. CreatorMetric does not ask for your TikTok password.
AI-generated analysis
When you request an AI Coach report, aggregate stream metrics and eligible historical aggregate comparisons are sent to OpenAI. The current report payload excludes usernames, comment text and raw TikTok event payloads. Generated reports are stored with your stream. Reports can be inaccurate and are suggestions, not guarantees of growth or earnings.
Billing and feedback
Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. CreatorMetric stores customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, usage and webhook processing records; it does not store full card numbers or card security codes. The private beta currently uses Stripe test mode. Do not enter real payment details.
Feedback includes your account ID, selected type, message and any optional page path or stream ID you provide. We use it to investigate issues and improve the service. Do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive information in feedback.
Who processes information
Supabase supports accounts and storage; Stripe supports billing; OpenAI supports requested AI analysis; Resend sends account emails; Vercel hosts the web app; Railway runs the persistent tracking worker. These providers process information needed for their respective services. Authorized CreatorMetric operators may access records to provide support, investigate problems, maintain the service or handle deletion requests. Other account holders are not permitted to access your private account records.
Retention and your choices
Account records, tracked events, analytics, reports and feedback are retained to operate the beta until removed through a verified deletion request or operational cleanup. A plan's history-viewing limit is not an automatic data-deletion schedule. Provider logs, backups and billing records can have separate retention requirements; deletion from the active application does not mean every backup disappears immediately.
You can stop tracking at any time, choose whether to generate an AI report, and manage a subscription through Billing. To request access, correction or deletion of account or LIVE data, use the contact process. We verify identity or authority before acting on a request. We do not promise instant deletion or a fixed response time during this small beta.
Changes
We will update this notice when the service's data practices change. The date above identifies this version. Contact us if you have a question before using the beta.
